What Do I Eat?

That is a question I get asked a lot. Prior to the diagnosis I ate horribly. I would eat chips, chocolates, and other snack type food on a regular basis. I thought it brought me comfort. Boy, was I ever wrong. On top of all that junk food, I drank a lot of Coke and other soda pops on a regular basis. I also drank copious amounts of coffee each day, with cream and sugar. Looking back on my eating habits, it is safe to say I had become a food addict. I was raised in a home where meat and potatoes was served quite often. For a very long time I considered myself a carnivore, but that has all changed since July 24, 2015. Today, my eating habits have changed quite drastically, and below I will share what I typically eat. I don’t eat all this food each day, theses are just some of the different foods I eat now.

BREAKFAST IDEAS
1. Chia Pudding & Granola
2. Vegan French Toast
3. Fresh Fruit
4. Juice – I have juice at every breakfast.
5. Vegan Pancakes
6. Smoothies (lots to choose from)

LUNCH IDEAS

1. Fresh Veggies (raw)
2. Cashews
3. Vegan Reuben
4. Juice
5. Fresh made guacamole
6. Soup ( lots of great recipes out there)
7. Smoothies

DINNER IDEAS
1. Soup
2. Juice
3. Black Beans
4. Chick Peas
5. Vegan wraps

These are just some of the things I eat on a regular basis. I am very grateful for a wife who not only is an incredible cook, but she is much more aware of what we need to fill my body with the proper nutrients. Along with all the changes I have made, I have added a few plant based supplements.

Let me know if you have any questions?

Jamie and I would love to help in any way we can.
